Frequently asked questions
Which socks should I wear when trying on cowboy boots?
Use the thinnest socks possible when trying on the boots for the first time. At the beginning, the leather of the boots is still a little harder, so it is easier to get into the boots with thin socks.
How long does it take for the leather to mould to the shape of my foot?
You should try on your boots for at least 30 minutes to be able to make a statement about the fit. During this time, the leather will have widened a little and moulded to the shape of your foot.
Are there techniques or aids to make it easier to get into the boots?
To make it easier to get started, you will find a plastic bag in each of our packages. Our video guide shows you exactly how it works.
How do I check the correct fit?
The heel should sit firmly without slipping, while your toes still have enough room to move without bumping into the front of the boot.
